EMCA ONE is a “Patent Pending” tool that is used to produce and perform an unlimited amount of woodworking applications with superior precision. With its fixed or portable positioning the EMCA ONE is truly hundreds of tool in ONE. From the beginner to master craftsman, diy’er to major manufacturer, its possibilities are endless!

Basic Joinery

Using 1/8″ to 3/4″ dia. router bits, any degree dovetail bit or a 3/8″ twist step bit. EMCA ONE will create a variety of thickness’, widths, and depths to any style of joinery. The EMCA ONE base model can handle material sizes from 1/2″x 1/4″x any length to 6″x 6″x any length.

Advanced Features

With the advanced design of EMCA ONE its limitations are only to that of the users imagination. Being able to joint & mill stock, 3 axis table router capabilities, on the job ready, templating, compatibility with other companies tools, large or small scale manufacturing. The EMCA ONE’s features are going to set the new standard in the industry.
